1. Simulation-Only Platform

Neeyum Lab is strictly a simulation-based platform. All trades executed on this platform are simulated using virtual capital. No real money is involved, deposited, withdrawn, or traded at any point.

2. No Real Trading

Neeyum Lab does not connect to any exchange, broker, or trading system. No real BTC, ETH, or any other asset is purchased, sold, or held. The platform provides a controlled simulation environment only.

3. Not Financial or Investment Advice

Nothing on Neeyum Lab constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Neeyum Lab is an educational simulation tool. Users are solely responsible for their own real-world financial decisions.

4. No Guarantee of Returns

Simulated performance on Neeyum Lab does not predict, guarantee, or imply any real-world trading results. Past simulation performance is not indicative of future performance in real markets.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share accounts or attempt to manipulate the leaderboard or scoring system.
  • You must not use the platform for any purpose other than personal trading simulation and discipline training.
  • Accounts found manipulating data will be suspended without notice or refund.

6. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the current billing period ends.

7. No Refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable once activated. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. See our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Account Suspension

Neeyum Lab reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to game the platform, or engage in any abusive behaviour. No refund will be issued upon suspension for policy violations.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
