Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Neeyum Crypto account and all associated personal data at any time, directly inside the app.

Data that will be permanently deleted

Account credentials (email, username, password hash)

All simulated trade logs and journal entries

Behaviour scores, metrics, and monthly reports

Emotional tags, session history, and preferences

Leaderboard rank and level progression data

Subscription status and billing records

Note: Anonymised aggregate data (not linked to your identity) may be retained for platform analytics. Subscription access ends immediately on deletion. No refund is issued on account deletion as per our Refund Policy.

How to delete your account

Open the Neeyum app and go to the Profile tab.

Scroll down and tap Delete Account.

Confirm the warning. Your account and data are deleted immediately. No email is needed.

Paid subscribers: deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions to stop future charges.

Can't open the app?

Email support@neeyum.in from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we will delete your account and data within 7 business days.
